Karla Browne has practiced Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong daily since 1994 and taught since 2005. Besides the Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan Long Form, she teaches an 18-posture Qigong set, a centering standing form, warm-up exercises, plus the breathing, alignment and posture that are integral to the practice of these arts.
