Ongoing classes are held at two locations in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. About an hour long, each class begins with a Qigong warm-up, followed by a centering standing posture, an 18-posture Qigong set, then movements from the Yang Style Long Form of Tai Chi Chuan.
Please call or email before starting a class, as schedules may have changed. However, feel free to visit any of these places of business during their open hours and ask for an orientation. They will be pleased to help you.
Available for private sessions, for group classes or programs at your organization or place of business, at wellness days, as a lead-in for workshops and for demonstrations.

Flat-soled shoes, socks or bare feet all are acceptable. I wear lace-up walking shoes, which is what my teacher recommends, for best support.
Loose-fitting, comfortable clothing in layers, especially for outdoor classes.

If you cannot stand for a full hour, chairs or benches are available. Postures can be performed with the upper body only until improvements in strength or health develop.
Feel free to talk to me briefly after class or by phone with any concerns, suggestions, ideas, complaints or compliments. I want your classes to be about you.
